Geia Group significantly increases revenue by DKK 600 million
With record revenue growth of around 20%, Geia Group’s consolidated revenue for 2025 reached DKK 3.583 billion – an increase of nearly DKK 600 million compared to the previous year.
The revenue development is driven by solid organic growth combined with positive effects from the acquisition of Lupa Foods in the UK at the beginning of 2025. In 2025, Geia Food A/S achieved a net profit of DKK 58 million, slightly above the level of the previous year.
“Despite challenging market conditions in 2025, we have managed to grow the business both organically and through disciplined M&A, which we are very satisfied with. We continue to see good opportunities to further grow the business through focused acquisitions in the Nordics as well as in the UK, but also in several other European countries where our business model is well established,” says Claus Ravnsbo, Group CEO.

At the end of 2025, the Danish company Bake & Take was acquired – a company that delivers innovative and customer-tailored bakery products to, among others, in-store bakeries, service stations, and convenience chains in Denmark. This partnership has further strengthened sales and innovation, not only in Denmark but also in the other Nordic countries.
Geia Group expects to continue the high growth level in 2026, with consolidated revenue projected to reach around DKK 3.9 billion.
